Friends & Family -
Happy National Adoption Month! We’re excited to update you on Disruptive Hope's families, fund, and future. We have a donor willing to match contributions up to $25,000 for the rest of this year! If you're interested in donating, please see the button below. This will help families on our waiting list return to the adoption process after experiencing a disrupted match.
Our Families:
We continue to keep up with Stephanie & Joseph, Jill & Charlie, and Brianna & Tyler since their adoption finalizations. All the babies are thriving, with Owen (Brianna & Tyler’s son) celebrating his first birthday this month!
We’d also like to introduce you to 3 new families who are back in the adoption process thanks to your generosity. While they’re forever grateful for another chance, waiting after a disrupted match is an emotional and daunting experience. We ask for your continued prayers and love for them.

Nicole & Eric have been hoping to become parents from early on in their 16 year marriage. They both love children. Nicole is a teacher and Eric coaches youth basketball. They entered the adoption process after experiencing many years of infertility and have recently experienced their fourth disrupted match. The financial hardships have led Eric to step away from his own teaching career to something that allows them to save more for adoption. We are inspired by their determination and honored to help them realize their dream to build their family.

Jessica & Chris have been married 17 years and have 3 children. They’re adopting because “their greatest joy in life has been caring for and growing little people.” They experienced heartbreak this summer after the baby boy they matched with passed away shortly before birth, but have recently rematched with a baby girl due in February. This will never take away the pain of the baby who was lost, but your support has helped them find light in the darkness.

Brooke & Mathew have been married for 8 years and have 3 adorable little girls. They entered the adoption process over 3 years ago and were the third family touched by our fund after their first disrupted match. After rematching, they experienced a second disruption in September. Having experienced 2 disrupted matches ourselves, we want to do all we can to recoup these additional losses.
Unfortunately, our fund is currently insufficient to cover this and we’re looking for support. If you're interested in donating to help Brooke & Mathew and more families like them please click the button below.
If you experienced a disrupted match and would like emotional support, our network is here to help.
Our Fund:
Thanks to your generosity so far in 2023, the Disruptive Hope Fund has delivered:
+$24,000 in donations
+10.5% returns on our overall fund in the market
1 family with a finalized adoption
3 families funded and awaiting a second match
28 families in the Disruptive Hope Support Network
Our Future:
We can’t believe it’s been over a year since we’ve been home with our sweet Luka. We celebrated his first birthday at the beginning of October. He’s crawling, cruising, and continuing to steal our hearts with his full bellied laugh (and even fuller cheeks). Thank you all for your continued love and support!

With Love -
