Box 4474, Cleveland TN 37320). This fund is a 501c3 and may be eligible for employer match programs (EIN: 26-2101084). If you experienced a disrupted match and later had a successful placement, consider joining our support network to lift up others who are waiting on their next match or processing if they want to move forward with the adoption process. The Disruptive Hope Support Network is open to all disrupted match families, regardless of financial need.
